Commission: 25%, with 5% going to GCA and 20% going to Willow. Commission supports advertising and show-related costs. Other fees: Willow deducts actual transaction fees from your payout (see PAYOUT below). Most credit card transactions are around 3% but the final amount depends on card type (AMEX is more expensive) and country of origin (international transactions are more expensive). Other transaction fees may apply: Wise, Venmo, Cashapp, Paypal and bank transfers incur transaction fees to small businesses. Shipping: At checkout from the catalogue, the buyer may opt to pay a $48 flat fee for shipping and handling. This fee is payable to you if you ship the work. Alternatively, the buyer may opt not to pay for shipping and instead request pick up from you directly. If they opt for pick up, delivery options are at your discretion. Willow will not ship artworks unless they are housed on premises with us and shipping is paid by the buyer. For large works, international shipping, and multiple works, shipping will be arranged for and paid by the buyer directly. Duplicate Sales: A duplicate sale is when a listed work sells on our platform and was previously sold by you or your representative to another party. This unfortunate mistake involves reimbursing our customer, paying two credit card transaction fees (for the sale and the reimbursement), and sending apology emails. It's a mess, it's expensive, it's embarrassing, and we rely on you to prevent it from happening. If a duplicate sale occurs, Willow will deactivate your page from the catalogue until we are reimbursed for the full commission and all transaction fees associated with our side of the sale. Payout: Willow will pay you for all sales, minus commission and transaction fees, by mailing a paper check no later than 30 days after your have notified us that the artwork is in the buyer's possession. It is your responsibility to notify Willow when the work is in the buyer's possession. At your request and our discretion, Willow may send early partial payment prior to shipping or pickup.
