SMOKING: Smoking is not allowed in any part of the main house and the treehouse, including decks, porches and steps. Each instance of smoking in a prohibited area will incur a $250 charge.

CANDLES, INCENSE, AND OPEN ELEMENTS: Unauthorized use of candles, incense or open elements is prohibited. Each instance of unauthorized use will incur a $250 charge on your reservation.

MISSING OR DAMAGED ITEMS: Actual replacement costs will be added to your bill for missing or damaged items.

UNUSUAL AND ADDITIONAL CLEANING: If unusual and additional cleaning is required after your departure, above normal protocols, an additional charge up to $500 may be added to your bill. This includes but is not limited to: stains and spills on furniture, rugs, and upholstery; excessive dishes, garbage or food debris; use of non-designated linens for makeup removal (black facecloths marked "makeup" are provided in every room); vomit, feces, urine or other bodily fluids on bath and hand towels; excessive staining of bed linens and mattresses.

NOTICE OF ADDTIONAL CHARGES: You will be notified within 14 days of your departure of any additional charges due to damages and liabilities.
